Corner Lot, Bowness

A corner-lot infill three blocks from the river — designed to own its corner without bullying it. Two stories, an attached double garage tucked off the side, and a primary suite oriented for the morning light off the back lane. The exterior is a measured study in restraint: charcoal limewash, vertical cedar at the entry, and a single brass mailbox. Inside, the plan opens around a central staircase with a slim-profile glass railing — the only flourish in an otherwise quiet floor plan.
