We started building in 2003 with a simple proposition: do the careful work, charge the honest price, finish on time. Two hundred and fifty homes later, that's still the entire pitch.
NewLook Homes Ltd. was incorporated in Alberta in 2003 by tradespeople who wanted to run a build the way they wished theirs had been run.
That meant fixed-fee design phases. Open-book pricing. Daily site presence. Trades who'd been with us long enough to take pride personally — not because a contract said so. The model has held up: more than 250 homes delivered across Calgary, Cochrane, Airdrie, and Okotoks; ten more in active design or build; thousands of small decisions tightened by the previous one.
We don't run loud advertising. Our best clients found us through the previous client. We'd like to keep it that way.
