West Hillhurst Duplex

A side-by-side duplex on a tight inner-city lot — currently in framing. Both units mirror each other on the main floor and diverge upstairs, where the south unit gets an additional rooftop terrace. We're building these for a developer who's worked with us before. The brief was the same one he gives every time: build it like it's your own.
