Our largest custom home this cycle — designed for a family relocating from Vancouver who wanted the warmth of a coastal modern home translated into a Calgary climate envelope. That meant triple-pane glazing across a thirty-foot rear elevation, a snowmelt-equipped front courtyard, and a primary bath spa that would still feel intimate at -25°C. The result is a home that reads modern from the street and surprisingly tactile inside — heavy timber, plaster walls, and the kind of brass that develops a patina you'll watch deepen.
